POLICIES
Ladi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
The healed results of each client’s procedure can vary based on many different factors. Though Ladi will do her best to provide the desired outcome, no guarantees can be made. Be sure to asses the aftercare process for each procedure and examine whether or not you will be able to properly follow it before committing to permanent makeup.
Clients who have had a previous permanent cosmetic procedure done by a different artist must text Ladi clear photos of their eyebrows in good lighting at (608)-218-4005 before booking. When Ladi receives these photos, she will advise the client on whether they should book a primary appointment, touch-up appointment, or seek removal services.
If Ladi feels that you are not a good candidate for permanent makeup, or that you are not ready to commit to the permanence of the procedure, she reserves the right to cancel your appointment.
Ladi will not service anyone under the age of 18, No Exceptions.
Ladi will not service anyone that is pregnant or still breastfeeding, No Exceptions.
Ladi does not allows clients to be accompanied during the time of procedue.
Ladi encourages you to book a free 30 minute virtual or phone consultation appointment, a brief consultation will also take place at the time of your initial appointment.
Booking Fees:
A $50 non - refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to hold your place, if no booking fee is paid, your appointment is null. This can be paid via cashapp, zelle or credit card.
The $50 booking fee is required at the time of booking for all appointment types. This deposit is non- refundable and will be applied to your full payment.
A client that does not attend their scheduled appointment will not receive a refund of their booking fee in any amount.
A client that is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will need to rescheduled.
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policies:
If a client needs to reschedule/cancel their appointment for any reason, a minimum 48 hour advance notice is required, they must call Ladi at (608)-218-4005 to reschedule, and she will apply their original $50 booking fee to their rescheduled appointment.
If a client cancels or misses their appointment, and does not reschedule, they will forfeit the amount of their deposit in its entirety.
If a client chooses to cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than a 48 hour notice, they will be required to pay an additional $25 booking fee to reschedule.
If a client reschedules, misses, or cancels their appointment twice, the amount of their third appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking and will be non-refundable.
Appointment Breakdown
Clients who are receiving permanent makeup for the first time will book an “Permanent Eyebrow Initial Appointment”. During this appointment a consultation will take place, followed by your permanent cosmetic procedure.

When Ladi receives these photos, she will advise the client on whether they should book a primary appointment, touch-up appointment, or seek removal services.
After clients have attended their “Eyebrow Primary Appointment” they will schedule their follow-up appointment, this appointment should take place no sooner than 8-10 weeks post primary appointment. This appointment cost is included in your the $500 initial appointment price.
A follow-up appointment is recommended for the best results and is included in your initial $500 payment if scheduled within 6 months of the initial appointment, or $200 if scheduled after 6 months following the initial appointment.
After clients attend their follow-up appointment, it is recommended that they schedule an annual follow-up appointment.
Clients who would like further touch- ups that do not fall under primary, follow-up, or annual follow-up appointments should schedule a touch-up/ color refresh appointment.
No permanent eyebrow appointments can be scheduled within 8-10 weeks of each other in order to allow the brow to fully heal..
